Seer Mechanical was founded by Jim Ivey, an HVAC expert with over 40 years in the field, and Chris DeSalvo, a Navy officer and construction leader. Together, they built a company designed to do more than “make it through the job”—they built a team that shows up prepared, finishes strong, and earns trust with every project.
